His art, illustrations, stories and style have affected and stunned people in this industry and others. The work he for example has done and inspired to in Hollywood, in sci-fi and fantasy movies. He worked with a lot of talented people in different genres. He made the illustrations of Paulo Coelho's novel The alchemist, and when the author heard about the death of Moebius, he tweeted:
"Your body died today, your work is more alive than ever."
