Daffodil

Daffodil is also a symbol of Easter, along with eggs, bunnies and chocolate of course. It's one of my favourite flowers and I (almost) always get them on my birthday.

If you get a bouquet of daffodils, remember to cut them and then put them in really cold water. Change the water once after about an hour with fresh really cold water again. This because of the bleeding sap it produces after cutting them. Also if you get the sap on your hands wash them straight away, or you could get the so called "daffodil itch".

This year I went with a double Daffodil for Easter..
