Fettisdagen - Mardi Gras

Today it's tradition to eat one of these!


Mmmm...! Lots of whipped cream, and I eat mine with jam or vanilla custard(more common in Norway and Denmark) instead of the traditional Swedish almond icing inside the bun.

And while I'm already on the subject, here is another cake we made during my education to become a florist! Not that edible though.. but it looks tasty!
