 The Massive Cosiness of Autumn! Got fresh flowers in the appartment and new promarkers (pens) that needs to be tested..! Oh, yeah..and maybe I should get started on the storyboard for Monday's class.

Night Fire

Yesterday was the first day in school after the summer. I have been looking forward to it! But it's been hard these couple of days, adjusting to the alarm going off early in the morning..! Sometimes I take my time reading news and search for inspiration on the net while eating my breakfast, and this morning I found this.

Seeing this Hibiscus called 'Night Fire'.. I want one! So I'm going to do some research on how to get hold of one. But it probably won't be possible until next year here in the north of Sweden, but colors like these makes me dream and really inspires..!

Golden season!

Ok, yesterday it was grey, cold and raining..  I got an urge to eat grape fruit and drink tea, and just to watch series on TV forever. With a sketch book and some pens at hand, and some candles on the table. Autumn. Don't know if it's officially here, but yesterday I felt it. Looking forward to it.

Little ball of Phlox

Had some visitors from Denmark over this weekend, so I made a small decoration in the hallway.. just to get some extra color. I used Phlox from my parents garden and some Muehlenbeckia branches from my plant here at home. 
(My Muehlenbeckia plant is growing like crazy, so it needed a bit of grooming anyway..!)

I know I nag about them orchides..(phalaenopsis) I just can't help it, they're so beautiful. Just look at this fantastic example, sooo BIG! With amazing contrasts and shapes in the colors and so many buds to enjoy for a long time! No wonder I got one inked on my body..!

Last of the Summer..

I can't wait until school starts again..! So one can get some good routines around here again and update the blog more. Right now I've been working a lot and finishing my summer course(it's about social medias, we read about all the opportunities and risks around this digital lifestyle so many of us live. Really interesting!). 

The rest of the time I've been painting, drawing and trying to enjoy the last bits of this summer.. and prepare for the fall semester that starts in about two weeks! 

Haven't really had any vacation this summer, but hopefully I will be able to take some autumn weekends in Gothenburg, Stockholm, Copenhagen and Oslo.
